The molecular circadian clock, which consists of transcription-translation feedback loops, is robust in all skin layers. As dysfunction associated with diseases, understanding the clock may provide insights into disease development and management. Particularly, core machinery interacts elements wound healing process such as fibroblast migration, manipulation network or alternation wounding time changes duration healing. To explore functions dermis, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing on dorsal dermis collected from wild-type C57BL/6J mice every four hours for 72 under regular 12:12 light-dark cycle.
